Cheddar 'n Ham Muffins

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup low fat sharp CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • ¼ cup grated PARMESAN CHEESE
  • ¾ cup 1% low fat MILK
  • 1 ¾ cup reduced fat all-purpose baking mix
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup low fat ham, finely chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES with ONION, CELERY & GREEN PEPPER, well drained

Directions:
Mix cheeses, milk and baking mix together; add black pepper, ham and RED
GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES with ONION, CELERY & GREEN PEPPER.

Mix well and spoon into lined muffin pans, filling half full. Bake in preheated
400° oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
