Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 ounce.) can RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES MEXICAN FIESTA, drained OR 1 (14.5 ounce) can RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES WITH CHIPOTLE, drained
- ½ pound lean ground beef, cooked & drained
- 12 slices AMERICAN PROCESSED CHEESE SINGLES
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons WHIPPING CREAM
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a microwavable dish. Microwave on HIGH until cheese is
melted and mixture is smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate after 2 minutes.
Serve with raw vegetables or pork rinds.
