Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and oregano in a bowl; stir until smooth.
Spread evenly in a 9 inch pie pan or a quiche pan. Top with pizza sauce,
shredded cheese, peppers and onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes
or until cheese is melted. Serve with Whole wheat bread sticks or crackers.
Yield: 4 tablespoons/serving.
